Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, whisk together honey and eggs until thoroughly integrated.

Stir in orange zest.

Sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

Add dry ingredients slowly to egg mixture.

Lightly grease a loaf pan with butter.

Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Check for doneness with a wooden skewer. If it comes out clean, the cake is done. If not, bake for another 5 minutes and check again.
