Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.

Blend butter, margarine, brown sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg together.

Beat in the egg.

Add the flour mixture and beat all together in a food processor.

Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans.

Drop spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
