    Place chocolate chips and condensed milk in a large saucepan over low heat and bring to melted state, stirring frequently.

    Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

    Pour into a medium bowl, cover, and chill 2 to 3 hours until firm.

    Using a melon baller, shape chocolate into balls.

  5. 5

    Roll balls in coating of choice.

  6. 6

    Re-chill another hour until firm.

  7. 7

    Store any leftovers covered in refrigerator.
