    Preheat the oven to 450°F.

    Drizzle a baking sheet evenly with a little olive oil and set aside.

    Set up your breading station with three shallow bowls:

    Bread the cod nuggets one at a time:

    Drizzle the breaded nuggets lightly with olive oil.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

    Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

💡 Cook's Notes

The cod nuggets may be frozen after breading but before baking. To freeze, arrange breaded nuggets in a single layer on a sheet pan and freeze until solid, then transfer to a plastic bag. To cook from frozen, place on a greased sheet pan and bake according to recipe instructions (may need a few extra minutes).
