    Pour into ice cream freezer can and add milk to the fill line.

    Stir together well and freeze according to your equipment's directions.

💡 Cook's Notes

You can combine the milk and stir the night before, then refrigerate the mix overnight for easier making and better yield. This is not a condensed milk recipe, so it doesn't have the special richness of condensed milk-based ice creams. It has more of a whipped cream consistency, which makes it great as a topping for pies because it's fluffier.
