Prepare a 1.5x graham cracker crust recipe in a 10-inch pie pan (Pyrex works well). Reserve some toasted crumbs for garnish.

Beat egg yolks until light.

Add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.

Stir in Key lime juice and zest until combined.

Add a splash of liqueur if desired for extra flavor.

Pour filling into prepared crust.

Top with whipped cream and reserved graham cracker crumbs before serving.
💡 Cook's Notes
The basic recipe is on the Key lime juice bottle; this is a doubled version for a thicker pie. For a standard 9-inch pie, halve the filling and use a regular crust recipe.
