    Preheat oven to 350°F with rack in middle position.

    Prepare the pan:

    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

    Beat butter, sugar, eggs, and zests with an electric mixer on medium speed until pale and creamy, 3 to 5 minutes.

    Add flour mixture in 3 batches, alternating with yogurt, just until blended. Scrape down sides of bowl as needed.

    Spread batter evenly in pan and rap pan on work surface to eliminate air bubbles.

    Bake until cake is golden and a wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean, 35 to 45 minutes.

    Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a rack and peel off parchment paper.

    Make the glaze: Whisk together confectioners' sugar, corn syrup, lemon juice, and orange juice until smooth.
