Mint Chocolate Chip Frozen Dessert

Place cream, milk, powdered milk, cream cheese, sugar, mint extract, and green food coloring (if using) in the Vitamix container.

Secure lid and select Variable Speed 1, then quickly increase speed to 10, then to High.

Blend for 1 minute.

Decrease speed to 5 and drop in the peppermint patties.

Run for 5-10 seconds just to chop and blend. Do not overmix.

Pour mixture into a 4" x 8" bread pan and place in freezer.

When frozen, remove from pan and roll in crushed chocolate cookies.

Slice to serve.
💡 Cook's Notes
Best made in a Vitamix or high-powered blender. The mixture blends in 30-40 seconds and yields approximately 2 cups of base before freezing.
