    Place all ingredients in the Vitamix container in the order listed.

    Secure the 2-part lid.

    Select Variable, speed #1. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to #10, then to High.

    Insert the tamper through the lid to press frozen peaches into the blades while processing.

  5. 5

    A loud pulling sound will indicate the mixture is frozen and should form four mounds (about 30-60 seconds). Watch carefully—running longer causes melting, not more freezing.

    Scoop soft-serve mixture into a metal container and place in freezer for 1 hour.

    After 1 hour, stir gently to break up ice crystals forming around the edges.

    Cover and freeze for another hour, then gently stir again.

    Return to freezer for an additional 1½ hours to finish freezing.

    Serve.

💡 Cook's Notes

Before serving, soften by placing in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes or at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Homemade ice cream is best when eaten within two weeks.
