Pork Tenderloin with Guava Sauce

Combine pork and 1 cup chipotle sauce in large glass bowl or zip-lock plastic bag. Turn to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine guavas, broth, wine, 2 Tbsp olive oil, green onion, garlic, and remaining 2 Tbsp chipotle sauce. Cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Let cool 5-10 minutes.

Transfer cooled sauce to blender and blend until smooth.

Heat remaining 2 Tbsp oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork 4 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.

To serve, place 2 slices of pork on each plate and drizzle with guava sauce.
