Instructions

Orange Balsamic Dressing

    Combine all ingredients in a bottle or jar.

    Shake well to combine.

    Toss with 8 cups salad greens and 2 cups chopped vegetables (such as bell pepper, carrots, celery, cucumber, tomato, and/or avocado).

Celery Seed Dressing

    Combine all ingredients in a bottle or jar.

    Shake well to combine.

Asian Dressing

    Combine all ingredients in a bottle or jar.

    Shake well to combine.

Stir-Fried Slaw with Tofu or Chicken

    Heat 1 Tbsp peanut oil in a very hot skillet.

  2. 2

    Add coleslaw mix and stir-fry until well browned.

  3. 3

    Remove slaw from pan and set aside.

  4. 4

    Add remaining 1 Tbsp peanut oil to the skillet.

  5. 5

    Add cubed tofu or chicken and stir-fry until lightly browned.

  6. 6

    Stir in the teriyaki sauce.

  7. 7

    Return the cooked slaw to the pan and stir to combine.

  8. 8

    Serve with brown rice.
