Spaghetti with Tuna & Green Olive Pesto

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Meanwhile, make the pesto:

Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Reserve 3/4 cup pasta cooking water before draining.

Drain pasta and transfer to a large serving bowl. Immediately toss with remaining 2 Tbsp oil.

Add pesto and half of the reserved pasta cooking liquid to the bowl. Toss to combine.

Zest the lemon over the pasta, add tuna, and toss to combine.

Add more pasta cooking liquid to moisten pasta if desired.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese for sprinkling.
