Blend while drizzling in extra virgin olive oil to make a paste.

Add half the Parmesan cheese and blend until combined.

Top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
💡 Cook's Notes
Try using walnut oil to replace some or all of the extra virgin olive oil for added depth of flavor.
