
Applesauce Pancakes
Fluffy homemade pancakes made with applesauce and cinnamon. A delicious breakfast twist on classic pancakes with moist, flavorful results.

Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl, stir together pancake mix and cinnamon.

Add wet ingredients
Make a well in the center of the pancake mix. Add the eggs, applesauce, vanilla extract, lemon juice and milk; stir until smooth.

Heat griddle
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.

Cook pancakes
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

Serve
Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Cook's Notes
You can use cinnamon applesauce and skip the added cinnamon called for here. Add a touch more milk if you want a thinner batter; works great.
