Prepare dish
Grease an oven dish.

Add rice
Pour dry rice into the dish and even out.

Mix liquid base
In a bowl, gently mix soup and broth until blended.

Combine with rice
Pour liquid over rice and incorporate into rice gently.

Add chicken
Lay chicken breasts over top.

Season chicken
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Add broccoli
Using scissors, snip broccoli heads (florets) into the dish, sinking them into the liquid base.

Add soup mix
Sprinkle soup mix over everything.

Bake covered
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for one hour.

Add cheese
Remove from oven and add sprinkles of cheese.
