Chili Gumbo

Sauté vegetables in olive oil until soft.

Add tomato paste and spices, and cook for a couple of minutes until well blended.

Add beef, mix well, and cook for a couple of minutes.

Add red wine, water, and beans with liquid, and mix well.

Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. If the mixture is too thick, add more water.

Serve over rice.
💡 Cook's Notes
