    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Crush the Ritz crackers. If using chicken breasts instead of tenders, cut each breast into 3 large pieces.

    Set up three shallow dishes with milk, grated cheese, and cracker crumbs. Mix the salt and pepper into the cracker crumbs.

    Coat each piece of chicken:

    Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray and arrange the coated chicken in the pan.

    Sprinkle dried parsley over the chicken.

    Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.

    Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
