    In a 3.5 or 4 quart slow cooker, combine rice, tomatoes, wine, celery, onions, bell pepper, artichokes, parsley, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, seasoned salt, and black pepper.

    Cover and cook on low heat for 3.5 to 4 hours, or until rice is tender but not sticky and mushy.

    Stir in basil, ham, and shrimp.

    Cook covered another 10 to 15 minutes until ham and shrimp are hot.
