Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together basil, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, ginger, curry powder, coriander, and 1/8 tsp salt until well blended.

Prepare the salad: In a bowl, combine chicken chunks, radishes, cantaloupe, and onion.

To serve, toss chicken mixture with half of the dressing. Sprinkle with cashews. Serve with toasted pitas and remaining dressing on the side.
💡 Cook's Notes
In lieu of cantaloupe, you can use white seedless grapes and small chunks of green apple.
