    In a large frying pan, melt butter and sauté onions for a few minutes until translucent.

    Add chicken and continue to cook several more minutes, until cooked through.

    Mix in the ketchup and let it cook down a little.

    Mix in the brown sugar and let it caramelize some.

    Thin with vinegar to taste.

    Serve over white rice.
