    Between sheets of wax paper, pound chicken breasts slightly to be of equal thickness (not necessarily thin). Discard paper when no longer needed.

    Arrange chicken on a baking sheet.

    Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and a generous amount of fresh ground pepper into a mixture.

    Coat each chicken breast with a layer of the mixture.

    Coat the chicken breasts with panko bread crumbs.

    Bake for 20 minutes, or until done.
