    Tie the turkey breasts with kitchen string.

    Spread some olive oil on the turkey breasts and place in a casserole with garlic and oil.

    Cook at medium heat, turning the pieces on each side until lightly browned.

    Slowly add the milk and grate the zucchini and carrots on top.

    Continue cooking, turning each piece, until the milk has almost evaporated.

    Turn the heat to low and add small pieces of cheese, stirring until obtaining a smooth cream.

    Let it cool, then cut into thin slices and serve.
