    Place shrimp in a container and coat with oil, herbs, and salt. Refrigerate and let marinate for a while.

    Saute shrimp in a frying pan. Don't overcook.

    Transfer shrimp to oven to rest.

    Heat olive oil in the frying pan and add spinach to saute.

    Add crushed fresh garlic for flavor.

    Flip and turn spinach until generally wilted and dark.

    When done, place greens on serving plate and top with shrimp.
