  • Bulgur Pilaf

Instructions

    Remove fat from lamb chops and lightly coat with oil.

    Press salt, pepper, and thyme into the meat.

    Grill until done on outside.

    Place inside a warm oven to let the chops rest and regain moistness.

    Prepare the pilaf:

    Pour chicken broth over everything.

    Bring to boil, reduce heat, then cover and simmer 15 more minutes.

    Serve chops atop pilaf when all done.
