Grilled Leg of Lamb (Garlic Mustard Sauce)

    Prepare the lamb:

    Make the sauce by combining the garlic, mint leaves, brown sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, and oil.

    Paste the sauce on the inside of the opened lamb.

  4. 4

    Roll up the lamb and tie with 18" strings.

  5. 5

    Preheat grill to 350-360°F.

    Place meat in indirect heat (as much as possible, depending on your grill) skin-side-up for 20 minutes.

    Turn it quickly by flipping over and then rotating 180°.

    Cook another 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135°F (it will increase to 140°F while resting).

    Remove from grill and let rest before slicing.
