    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Follow instructions on Jiffy box (this is a double recipe, calling for two boxes), but add the melted butter as called for by other manufacturers like Betty Crocker. This makes a nicer crumb.

    Spray quiche tins with PAM and brush around for good smooth coverage.

    Place tins on aluminum cooking sheet in preparation for oven.

    Mix all ingredients until just blended.

    Place 1/2 cup measure of batter into each tin.

    Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes in regular oven mode.

    Switch to convection mode and bake for 5 more minutes at 400°F.
