    Soak the bread cubes in milk.

    Mix together the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, chili pepper flakes, eggs, soaked bread, and Italian parsley by hand.

    Form the mixture into meatballs.

    Sauté the meatballs in cooking oil in a skillet until browned.

BBQ Sauce

    Sauté garlic, onion, and red bell pepper in a skillet.

    Add brandy and let it cook off.

    Mix in the remaining ingredients (ketchup, whiskey, black pepper, salt, honey, hot sauce, liquid smoke, tomato paste, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar).

    Cook over medium heat, stirring to combine.
