Instructions

Traditional Method

  1. 1

Mix together all the ingredients except the water in the bowl of a heavy duty electric mixer with the dough hook attachment.

  2. 2

Add the water and mix until dough pulls together and forms a ball.

  3. 3

Remove from work bowl and finish kneading by hand on a lightly floured work surface until dough is smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

Place in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap.

  5. 5

Set aside and allow to rise until double in volume, about 1 hour.

  6. 6

Punch down and divide into 6 balls for small individual pizzas.

  7. 7

Set on a floured sheet tray, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to make pizza.

2-Ingredient Method

  1. 1

Combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour.

  2. 2

Mix together and continue to knead the dough for 3-4 minutes, or until it's no longer sticky and holds together.

  3. 3

Roll out into either one big pizza, or quarter it to make four individual pizzas.

Baking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 500°F.

  2. 2

Top pizza with pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings.

  3. 3

Brush any exposed dough with an egg wash so it gets nice and browned.

  4. 4

Bake for 6-8 minutes in 500°F oven.
