    Place milk, 1 potato, half of the chicken breast, onion, rosemary, garlic, and bouillon cubes in the Vitamix wet blade container.

    Secure the 2-part lid.

    Select VARIABLE, speed #1.

    Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to #10, then to HIGH.

    Run for 4 minutes, or until heavy steam rises through the lid opening.

    Reduce speed to #3.

    While machine is running, carefully remove the lid plug and drop in the remaining potato and chicken to chop for about 5 seconds.

    Stop machine and serve immediately.

💡 Cook's Notes

This recipe uses the Vitamix's friction heat to cook the soup — no stovetop needed. The reserved potato and chicken added at the end provide chunky texture in the creamy base.
