Beat cracker crumbs inside a ziplock bag until pulverized nicely.

Combine all solid ingredients in a medium size bowl.

Melt butter/margarine and mix into mixture until well dispersed.

Dip chicken breasts one at a time through the egg wash to coat.

Drop into bowl of crust crumbs and coat well.

Place on cooking rack in cyclone cooker.

Cook 22 minutes at 400°F, low fan speed.
