Baked Avocado Eggs

    Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

    Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.

    Scoop out a little more avocado to increase the size of the pit's crater.

    Crack an egg into each avocado half.

    Sprinkle with cayenne pepper (and cheese if desired).

    Bake until egg is cooked to your desired doneness.

💡 Cook's Notes

**Optional preparation method:** Boil egg, carefully peel, slice longitudinally, and place half egg into half avocado (may need to adjust avocado to make room for egg).
