    Cut the top and bottom off each orange so it stands upright.

    Trim off the peel in slices, revealing the orange flesh.

    Cut wedges out of the orange and place in a bowl.

    Add a splash of white wine, lemon juice, orange zest, cilantro, honey, shallots, olive oil, and fresh ground pepper.

    Gently stir to combine.

💡 Cook's Notes

Goes well on grilled swordfish. For the fish, marinate with olive oil, a spicy seasoning, hot sauce, and citrus juice (orange or lemon). Don't overcook.
