Instructions

    Chop cabbage coarsely and add julienned carrots. These can be prepared and kept covered in the refrigerator for a while.

    Just before tossing with dressing, cut and add the apple. Don't do this ahead or it will brown. Once dressing hits it, it will be fine for days.

    Make the dressing:

    Mix the dressing well until it pours like thin pancake batter.

    Toss the vegetables to coat evenly.

    Best served soon after making, but will keep in refrigerator for several days.
