Green Bean Veggie Skillet

Heat electric skillet to 225°F.

Add the green beans, onion, and mushrooms to the skillet.

Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the vegetables to coat, then toss well.

Season with Tony Chachere's and Vindaloo curry seasoning. Toss again.

Cover partially and let cook for about 15 minutes.

Remove cover and toss vegetables so more items can make contact with the hot skillet bottom.

Cover partially again and cook another 10-15 minutes until done.

Top with toasted nuts if desired.
💡 Cook's Notes
Great accompaniment for pork tenderloin, pan-fried chicken, or other main dishes. Practically cooks itself with minimal hands-on time.
