    Halve and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.

    Mash the avocados with a fork to your desired consistency.

    Add the diced tomato, jalapeño, red onion, garlic, and Asian pear.

    Stir in the sesame seeds, chopped almonds, and cilantro.

    Drizzle with sesame oil and extra virgin olive oil.

    Add wasabi to taste, starting with a small amount.

    Squeeze in the lime juice and mix well.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
