Ramen Broccoli Slaw

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Melt butter in microwave and coat crushed ramen noodles and chopped nuts/seeds.

    Place mix onto a baking sheet in a single layer.

    Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°F, or until lightly browned.

    Cool completely and set aside (or store in sealed plastic bag to preserve crispiness for later).

    In a large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw, onions, and olives; toss to combine.

    Prepare the dressing:

    Pour the dressing over the broccoli slaw mix; toss to coat.

    Season with more black pepper and/or salt if desired to taste.

    Refrigerate to chill, anywhere from 10 minutes to 24 hours.

    Just before serving, mix in toasted ramen noodles and seeds/nuts.
