Tomato Crab Avocado Salad

Instructions

    Prepare the avocado mixture: Smush half of the avocado and leave the other half in sharp cut pieces. Add all Avocado Group ingredients together and toss. Taste for seasoning.

    In a separate bowl, combine and toss all Crab Group ingredients.

  3. 3

    To plate: Place heirloom tomato slices as the base on each plate, then top with pieces of tomato. Season with salt and pepper.

    Place a large dollop of the avocado mixture on top.

  5. 5

    Plate some of the crab mix to the side.

  6. 6

    Drizzle with good extra virgin olive oil and serve with toasted baguette.
