    Heat a deep skillet over medium heat.

    Add olive oil and garlic. Cook garlic a couple of minutes while you chop kale, then remove the clove.

    Increase heat slightly and add greens to wilt them down, turning for 2-3 minutes.

    Add wine, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to simmer.

  5. 5

    Steep the greens in wine for 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Stir in lemon zest and serve.
