Instructions

    Using a bread slice sealing tool, make circular bread pieces and stuff them with cream cheese and jam or jelly.

    Prepare the dredge by mixing egg, milk, cinnamon, and sugar in a shallow dish.

    Dip each stuffed bread piece through the dredge mixture.

    Place on a cookie sheet.

    Cook at 400°F for 5 minutes per side.
