    Combine milk, eggs, salt, and sugar in a blender and blend until combined.

    Add 1/2 cup flour and blend. Repeat two more times until the full 1 1/2 cups are incorporated.

    With the blender running, slowly drizzle the melted butter through the top hole. Continue blending for 30 more seconds.

    Cover the blender pitcher with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the gluten relax.

    Wipe the crepe pan with a coating of butter. Pour in a ladle of batter and rotate to fill the cooking surface area.

    Flip when the edges are crisp and the bottom is done.

💡 Cook's Notes

**Topping idea:** Saute sliced apples in butter and brown sugar with a pinch of cinnamon and a liquor like apple schnapps or other brandy-type liquor of choice. Boil down to a slightly thickened sauce consistency.
